1. General Information#

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of https://agentica.studio (the “Website”), operated by Agentica Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (“Agentica”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By using the Website, you agree to comply with these Terms to the extent applicable under relevant law. If you do not agree, you should discontinue use.

2. Purpose of the Website#

The Website provides information about Agentica, its technology, products, professional services, and business activities. Agentica specializes in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting artificial intelligence solutions, including AI agents, enterprise automation systems, and related infrastructure.

Visitors may:

3. Website Services and Technical Requirements#

Submitting an inquiry, requesting a quotation, or booking a meeting does not automatically create an obligation to purchase or provide services. AI deployments, subscriptions, maintenance, and enterprise licensing are governed by separate agreements. If these Terms conflict with such an agreement, the separate agreement prevails for its subject matter.

5. Intellectual Property Rights#

Unless stated otherwise, Website text, graphics, design, software, documentation, trademarks, logos, and other materials belong to Agentica or are used under applicable licenses, and may be protected by intellectual property law.

You may access publicly available content for legitimate personal, informational, or internal business evaluation purposes. Without prior written authorization, you must not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit substantial Website materials
  • Imply endorsement through use of Agentica branding
  • Republish proprietary materials for competing purposes
  • Circumvent technical protections

Nothing here transfers Agentica intellectual property. Rights relating to systems developed for clients are set out in the relevant commercial agreements.

Availability may change; Agentica may reasonably reschedule or cancel an introductory meeting. Booking a consultation does not require either party to enter a commercial relationship.

Provide accurate contact information and avoid sharing confidential or sensitive materials without suitable confidentiality arrangements.

Third-party links are provided for convenience. Unless expressly stated, Agentica does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for external content, availability, security, or practices. Third-party terms govern your interactions with their services.

10. Website Availability and Disclaimer#

We make reasonable efforts to maintain the Website and keep information current. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical incidents, security issues, or events beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website and general informational content are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular business purpose. We do not guarantee that every product described is available in every jurisdiction. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

11. Limitation of Liability#

Nothing here limits obligations under a separate commercial agreement.

Disputes arising from commercial use of the Website will be resolved by courts with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing deprives consumers or other protected users of mandatory rights or applicable jurisdiction protections.

16. Final Provisions#

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining Terms continue to the extent permitted by law. These Terms govern the Website only; they do not replace enterprise contracts, software licenses, service-level agreements, or data processing agreements.
